Encrypted chat messaging apps like Telegram and Signal are two such apps that have leveraged WhatsApp’s issues. The latest WhatsApp privacy policy update ( which has now been postponed to May 15) has forced several users of the app, shift to more secure chat messaging alternatives like Telegram and Signal. Though all three apps offer end to end encryption, there are a few exclusive features that make them unique in their own way. Currently, it is said that Signal will be releasing various WhatsApp-like features that are missing on the Signal App at the moment.
