The dubbed feature is the Google Chrome Quick Delete feature that lets users delete their last 15 minutes of browsing history when enabled.

Currently, Google Chrome allows purging the browser’s history for the last hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 4 weeks, and all time.

Reportedly, the quick delete feature will be available in the three-dot (kebab) menu.
