There is some exciting news around for the WhatsApp Business users as the Meta-owned WhatsApp is reportedly going to introduce a new shortcut feature that will allow the users to quickly reply to messages.

The news about the new quick replies shortcut was first reported by the popular WhatsApp features tracker, WABetaInfo.

Meanwhile, the new quick replies shortcut is available only to some selected beta users of WhatsApp Business for Android and iOS.

Though the quick reply feature was available within the WhatsApp Business app, it wasn’t directly accessible within the platform and can only be enabled by pressing ‘/’ on the keyboard and picking up a message to be sent to a client.

However, now the new shortcut is said to be available in the chat share action menu. And, as we mentioned above, the feature is available to WhatsApp Business Beta users running the latest version of the app on their Android and iOS devices.

Additionally, WhatsApp features tracker says that the reason for adding the new shortcut is not known as of now and there is no information offered when this update will come to WhatsApp Business users.

Lately, WhatsApp was spotted working on a new feature that allows WhatsApp group admins to delete messages sent by the participants.

This feature will help minimize the spread of misinformation and inappropriate messages in the group.
