Recently, the popular chat messaging app, WhatsApp introduced a new feature in its Business version allowing users to search the businesses and chat with them.
Additionally, WhatsApp Business also brings the option to search shop products and search businesses based on the category; banking, travel, etc. However, the feature is available in select countries like Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, Mexico, and the UK.
WhatsApp through a blog post; shared the details of the new feature that will help users to search for business profiles via the search button. The feature will save users time as they don’t need to search for the details on the company website and do not need to add the numbers to contact.
As we said, the feature is currently available in Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia, Mexico, and the UK.
Meanwhile, WhatsApp users can shop for products from the app instead of visiting the website just like the JioMart Shopping experience.
