LightEdge acquires NFINIT

US-based colocation company LightEdge announced the acquisition of NFINIT, a renowned Californian data center company.

NFINIT has years of experience in offering data center, cloud, security, connectivity, and managed services. It currently operates two data centers in San Diego and has space in a Digital Realty facility in Phoenix and the One Wiltshire carrier hotel in Los Angeles.

Mr. Jim Masterson, CEO of LightEdge, stated their team is excited to work with NFINIT’s talented team collectively.

He further said NFINIT’s reputation as the largest colocation operator in San Diego would help LightEdge continue growing in the North American region.

Mr.Phil Kenney, CEO of NFINIT, stated over the years, they have been building a massive customer base by relying on world-class IT services around the clock.

He further said the LightEdge-NFINIT acquisition would bring together a customer and employee-focused company, which in turn will drive intelligent results for their clients and clients’ businesses.

Bank Street served as an exclusive financial advisor to Nfinit in connection with this transaction.

As LightEdge acquires NFINIT, the American colocation company ‘LightEdge’ will be operating 11 data centers and the Lexana location. It currently has facilities in Des Moines, Iowa; Ohama, Nebraska; Austin, Texas; and Raleigh, North Carolina.
