Recently, Twitter announced a new feature that allows users to remove followers without having to block them.

This feature gives more control over who follows you on the micro-blogging platform. You can easily remove your followers without blocking them. Additionally, the social media giant states that the people you removed from your followers’ list won’t receive any notification about removal.

Twitter via its support handle @TwitterSupport announced this privacy-related feature i.e: remove Twitter followers from the list without blocking them.

Note: Removing a follower on Twitter is different than blocking someone. Once you remove someone as your follower, they can come back again and follow you once again. However, when you block someone on Twitter, they can’t access your profile.

Having said that, let’s see how to remove followers on Twitter without blocking them.
