Datadog Announced Strategic Partnership with AWS

Globally renowned Cloud Monitoring as a Service provider, Datadog has announced a strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services.

Datadog and AWS partnership will allow both the companies to collectively work and offer a tighter product alignment in the future.

Datadog being a trusted AWS Partner has garnered numerous AWS competencies demonstrating its high level of specialization, AWS technical expertise, and proven track record of client success. Datadog’s current AWS Competencies include:

  • Government ISV Competency
  • Containers ISV Competency
  • Migration and Modernization ISV Competency

Datadog-AWS Partnership

Datadog helps industry leaders achieve their digital transformation goals by delivering deep visibility into AWS-hosted, on-premises, and hybrid environments during each and every phase of the cloud migration.

Datadog offers more than 70 AWS services to offer clients a detailed insight of their whole infrastructure that includes prime technologies like Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) and AWS Lambda.

Meanwhile, Datadog clients can leverage full-stack security over all the layers of their cloud environment. In just a few clicks, clients can easily analyze their apps, workloads, and infrastructure and also can enrich security signals with Datadog-managed threat intelligence feeds.

Datadog’s Senior Vice President for Product and Community Department, Ilan Rabinovitch said that to ensure the AWS environment runs efficiently and smoothly, focus on observability and security aspects.

He further said their extended partnership with AWS will further boost the pace of innovation for clients using AWS and Datadog and are thrilled to offer deeper product alignment and go-to-market initiatives to eventually benefit their clients.

Matt Garman, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at AWS said Datadog is a trusted AWS partner. Collectively they are dedicated to developing and offering excellent products focused on client obsession. Hence, they are excited to work with Datadog.

He further adds that the strategic collaboration will open up joint marketing and co-selling programs between Datadog and AWS which eventually will bring new opportunities for clients across the globe.
