Autonomous Cloud Governance provider, CoreStack has acquired Seattle-based AI-powered operations management company.
Through the acquisition, CoreStack will acquire 100% of Optio3’s tech and Intellectual Property rights. Furthermore, CoreStack will integrate the Optio3 team into the CoreStack team. The acquisition also means that Optio3’s CEO Sridhar Chandrashekar will join CoreStack as Chief Digital Officer.
Through the acquisition, CoreStack aims to further enhance the delivery of NextGen multi-cloud governance capabilities, bringing their experience in building scalable SaaS products and a technology framework that empowers the platform, and cloud infrastructure automation and advances the innovation speed and delivery.
