Adobe, IBM, and Red Hat declared a strategic partnership to help in boosting digital transformation and offer real-time data security for enterprises. Chief digital officers and chief marketing officers they specifically work in industries like banking and healthcare are discovering that with the importance of data-driven marketing they are now becoming stewards of critical enterprise and customer information. As per those executives, the requirement to protect data while delivering sincere customer experiences is the topmost preference.

Global Partner for Experience

As a part of the partnership, IBM has defined Adobe as its Global Partner for Experience and will start fostering Adobe Experience Cloud and its enterprise applications to modify its global marketing.

The partnership will at the initial stage concentrate on:

  • Deployment flexibility with hybrid cloud: Adobe, IBM, and Red Hat are set to focus on allowing brands to handle and deliver their content and assets within any hybrid cloud environment to on-premise data centers from several public clouds.
  • Adobe Enabled for financial services: Adobe joins IBM’s partner environment as a strategic partner giving CX solutions for the IBM cloud for financial services. By utilizing IBM cloud, the company IBM will expand Adobe experience manager to professionals in the industry.
  • Adobe and IBM Services: The business design arm of IBM Services, IBM iX, will increase its giving over all of Adobe’s hub enterprise applications. By more extensive, integrated support for clients over Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Document Cloud, and Adobe Experience Cloud, IBM iX will stimulate how global brands utilize data to plan, perform, and scale personalized customer experiences to introduce trust over every corner of their business.

Senior vice president, IBM Global Markets, Bridget van Kralingen stated that Adobe’s expertise in marketing, IBM’s industry domain knowledge, and Red Hat’s open innovation will provide customers the assurance to utilize their data for new competitive advantage.
