WordPress 6.1 Beta 3 Released

The WordPress team announced the availability of WordPress 6.1 Beta 3. If you want to check out the beta version, kindly install it on the test server as this version isn’t final and may contain bugs.

The WordPress developer team said that the beta 3 release comprises 350 bug fixes for the editor and over 300 tickets for WordPress 6.1 core.

Additionally, more bug fixes will be released as WordPress 6.1 rollout nears. In the previous beta update i.e: the beta 2 update, more than 100 bugs were fixed.

Lastly, users can test the new beta update either by downloading the WordPress Beta Tester plugin or downloading the zip file of the Beta 3 version.

Alternatively, users can use the following WP-CLI command:

wp core update --version=6.1-beta3
