Popular website builder ‘Wix’ announced the release of a new Seating Map Builder, allowing Wix business owners to build customized seating maps for their venues.

With the help of Wix Seating Map Builder, business owners can now easily create various types of tickets to match the seating maps they have built. As a result, business owners can create, manage, and monetize the event accordingly.

The new site builder tool will help business owners easily build distinct seating arrangements for various events. For instance, the business owners can create seating around tables, rows of seats, areas reserved for VIPs, or the combination of any of the use cases mentioned above and charge the users on the basis of the seat location.

Talking about custom Seating Map Builder, Head of Wix Events, Donatas Dautartas stated,

In the short period of time since releasing the Seating Map Builder to businesses, the average number of tickets per event and average ticket price per event have increased. This release has opened the door for businesses and venues to manage ticketing of their events on their own, when they previously had to hire developers to build these complex systems. We’re proud to deliver this exciting builder to our existing users and look forward to working with new businesses and venues, and to help them grow their businesses.
