Hyundai and MegazoneCloud to collectively launch a new cloud-based media service platform named ‘Channel Hyundai‘. The new cloud platform will offer a fresh digital customer experience and communication channel amidst the global pandemic.
Just to let our readers know, MegazoneCloud is a cloud-managed service provider (MSP) based in South Korea.
Channel Hyundai is an intuitive app for smart TVs that feature multimedia content clients experience the brand through a digital interface. Currently, the app offers three categories (Live, TV, and Models).
Additionally, the company said more features will be added in near future.
Channel Hyundai has already delivered live streaming for the world premiere of the all-new 2021 Hyundai Tucson and the launch of XCIENT Fuel Cell (Globe’s first mass-produced fuel cell heavy-duty truck on October 14, 2020). Through this channel, Hyundai Motor will be capable of delivering hundreds of its branded video content to its clients spread all across the globe.
Cloud-Optimized Architecture
From the very start, Hyundai Motor designed the Channel Hyundai as a cloud-optimized architecture and drifted apart from the legacy media platforms.
Both Hyundai and MegazoneCloud have the expertise to offer multi-platform services that can stream dynamic content to an increasing number of global audiences.
A Hyundai Motor Representative stated that Channel Hyundai was designed on the cloud to offer a seamless, immersive digital experience of our vehicles and contents to our global clients.
MegazoneCloud has assisted the company in successfully building this platform (Channel Hyundai) from the initial design to implementation.

He additionally stated that they are quite pleased to help Hyundai Motor Company launch a global video streaming service platform on AWS before the timeline and increased values to the global clients.
