Lately, Nvidia has confirmed that it is investigating an incident that led to some of its systems going offline for two days.

Telegraph reported that over the last two days, Nvidia’s email systems and developer tools were down, and the company is carrying out an investigation to identify whether the outage was due to a malicious network intrusion or not.

Nvidia spokesperson said that the company is currently investigating an incident that affected their systems and, as of now, can’t offer any additional details.

Additionally, one of the insiders described that the company’s internal systems were completely compromised.

Meanwhile, it is unclear if any of the data was stolen or erased from Nvidia or from its clients or if the attack has just disrupted its systems. The company is yet to find the culprit.

For those who don’t know, Nvidia is a US-based company that develops graphic processing units that power video games and advanced computer simulations. The company is one of the world’s most valuable corporations, worth over $600bn.
