On the first Monday of 2021, Slack suffered an outage over its various services.
As per Slack’s dashboard, messaging and connections were down in the beginning however by afternoon all of the services of Slack were down. The company additionally stated that some of the clients observed improvement in connecting to Slack after they did refresh the Slack by either CTRL + R in Windows and CMD + R in Mac.
Later all the services were restored by 3 pm EST.
