- Octavio Morales, founder of TierPoint
New Board of Directors
Lume announced the appointment of Octavio Morales as the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Octavio Morales was one of the first co-founders of TierPoint and was the company’s CEO until 2012. He has more than 30 years of experience and expertise in this field which will guide the business’s growth progress.

This round of funding will provide the firm to grow its Cloud Anyware™ solution suite, which provides customers to mix and coordinate public and private cloud assistance for each application and choose the edge data center place where the atmosphere is extended and operated.
