In recent months several events have been scheduled to online or have been canceled due to the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. One such event is Computex 2020. On June 12, 2020, the organizers of Computex declared that the event will be rescheduled to 2021 because of the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The organizers of  Computex declared that several countries have forced travel limitations to help in controlling the spread of Covid-19. As a result, Computex’s stakeholders, including international exhibitors, attendees, and media, might not be able to attend the show. So the organizers of Computex, Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), and Taipei Computer Association (TCA) have come to the conclusion of not hosting the event in 2020 and announced that upcoming Computex will be held in 2021.

Computex 2021

The organizers of Computex declared that the event Computex 2021 will take place from June 1 to 5. As a matter of fact, in Computex 2019, it hosted around 1,685 exhibitors from 30 countries and drew 42,495 visitors from 171 countries. Additionally, the company also stated that in order to maintain the tech industry connections with COMPUTEX, TAITRA is unveiling a list of online services.
