Ark Data Centres is planning to build yet another data center in Corsham, Wiltshire.

The new data center building will be constructed at the eastern edge of the Spring Park campus, fronting onto Westwells Road.

Meanwhile, the UK based data center operator has filed a planning application with the Wiltshire Council for the new data center at the Spring Park campus, Wiltshire.

The data center operator further put forward a proposal for building a new data center, plant, highways works, vehicle access, enclosures, landscaping, infrastructure and other related works.

The data center at the Spring Park campus will have a total floor space of 6,020 sqm spread across three floors.

Additionally, Ark is planning to redevelop two poor quality factory and storage units with a high-quality purpose-built data center that will boost the economically critical existing operations at the Spring Park campus.

Meanwhile, the company said that the Hawthorn Works site is ideal for the expansion of Ark’s facilities at Spring Park.
